MAC SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT AND CMG SPORTS FORM POWER PLAY

ST. LOUIS, MO, June 30, 2006-Today MAC Sports & Entertainment and CMG Sports announced an agreement to share the benefit of each firm's resources and expertise, and significantly expand the St. Louis based agencies' reach in the athlete representation industry.

Under the agreement, MAC Sports will represent CMG clients in all marketing and endorsement endeavors, and will assist CMG in publicity and promotional activities. In turn, CMG will act as the principal in representing hockey clients, and as consultants in the representation of athletes at large.

CMG Sports Founder and President Allain Roy remarked, "I am very excited to be working with MAC Sports & Entertainment, and to be able to tap into their vast experience and knowledge of the sports marketing and representation industries. This partnership will add crucial services to our current client base, and will help us in our recruitment efforts for future clients." Roy is a Certified Player Agent, and former goalie with the Winnipeg Jets of the NHL. He also won an NCAA National Championship with Harvard University, and an Olympic Silver Medal with the 1994 Canadian Olympic team.

CMG Sports currently represents/advises over 150 hockey clients with approximately 40 clients under NHL contract. The CMG corporate office is located in Chesterfield, MO, while several CMG representatives are located throughout North America and Europe. CMG had 12 players selected in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft, and recently had an additional 12 players taken in the 2006 Draft held June 24th and 25th.
